KMerrch is an online K-pop merchandise store based in the United Arab Emirates. We offer a wide variety of official K-pop albums, lightsticks, photocards, merchandise, and more. Our products include both in-stock items and pre-orders, and we offer local and international shipping.

• Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable UAE laws.

Products & Pricing

4. Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are advance purchases of items not currently in stock or yet to be released.

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-ordering.

• Estimated release and shipping dates are based on supplier information and may change.

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed on pre-orders.

• If the supplier cancels or fails to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued.

5. No Cancellation Policy

• All orders are final. We do not accept order cancellations once payment is completed.

• Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

• In the case of incorrect orders placed due to user error, we are not obligated to make changes or provide refunds.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Returned products must be in original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Pre-orders and sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
